The Franklin Main Street Festival is one of the biggest events in Franklin, Tennessee of the year. This festival is set to return for its' 31st year on April 26th and 27th.
The two-day event will provide the Franklin area with over 200 artisans, two carnivals, an international food court and three stages of live music. It promises to be a great event full of fun.
The Franklin Main Street Festival is a free event for everybody and will run from 10am to 7pm on Saturday and from 12pm to 6pm on Sunday. All kinds of activities will be happening including the Fourth Avenue Street Dance, which will happen from 7pm to 10pm on Saturday night.
Over 130,000 visitors come to the festival every year to enjoy the family-friendly activities, incredible music entertainment and the many food vendors. You can take home a beautiful watercolor painting or another handcrafted work of art from one of the many vendors or just enjoy the many entertainment options.
The three stages will present all types of musical fun and a Beer/Wine garden will be found at the state on Fourth Avenue South. All three stages will have continuous entertainment throughout the festival.
A full-scale carnival will also be provided at the silo property at First Avenue South. This carnival will actually open on Thursday and run through Sunday. Hours are from 5pm to 10pm on Thursday and Friday, from 10am to 10pm on Saturday and from 12pm to 6pm on Sunday. A wristband can provide unlimited access on Thursday night or all day Sunday.
Three areas for food will be provided with over 20 food vendors. You will find everything from Mexican cuisine to funnel cakes and so much more
