Situated in Fifth Avenue in the downtown area of Nashville, the Omni Nashville Hotel is one of the most iconic elements of official’s plans to revitalize Music City, explained Mayor Karl Dean.

“Along with the expanded Country Music Hall of Fame and the new Music City Center, Omni Nashville Hotel will add a new vibrancy and energy to downtown, ensuring Nashville’s status as one of the most dynamic destinations in the country,” said the mayor.

“Reaching this construction milestone brings the city one step closer to the grand opening of what will be one of the finest and most distinctive convention centers in the US.”

The Omni Nashville Hotel will encompass a total of 800 luxury hotel rooms once complete, together with a state-of-the-art, 80,000 sq. ft. convention center and meeting space, complete with flexible partitions that allow it to be altered into numerous smaller exhibition spaces. Highlights of the convention center include a 25,000 sq. ft. ballroom and a smaller, 15,000 sq. ft. junior ballroom, plus an extra 21 break out rooms.

For guests meanwhile, highlights include Omni Hotel’s signature luxury Mokara Spa and a modern fitness center, plus a rooftop swimming pool and deck from where they can enjoy spectacular views of the Nashville city skyline.

For dining, guests will have a choice of new less than five venues, including an outdoor restaurant, a farm-to-table restaurant, and a steak and chop house, while entertainment will be catered to in true Music City style, with a live music space. In addition, the hotel will be directly connected to the Country Music Hall of Fame.
