With the end of the year fast approaching, popular schools and neighborhood rankings and review website niche.com recently revealed what they viewed as Nashville’s best suburbs to raise a family in 2016.
While the rankings are of course subjective, analysts at niche.com performed a comprehensive assessment of key factors that are meaningful to home owners and active residents of a community, which include quality of schools, safety, affordability, and access to family amenities. So with that in mind, here’s a brief look at what Nashville suburbs made the cut:
Citing the city’s rapid growth as a key factor, Nolensville also scored an A+ in the public schools category, which can largely be attributed to the area’s brand new high school. Crime and safety and access to family amenities also scored well, while the Nolensville real estate market and affordability is also a strength.
Family amenities and the Spring Hill real estate market scored the highest when it comes to this Nashville suburb’s desirability, but crime and safety, and public schools weren’t far behind. And because Spring Hill sits a little bit further outside Nashville than many other top suburban communities, potential home buyers will feel worlds aways from all the hustle-and-bustle of the city, which also has its advantages.
The city of Brentwood always seems to score well on annual lists or rankings like this, and this year is no different. Receiving an overall Niche Grade of A+, Brentwood’s schools are top notch, the family amenities in town are second-to-none, and and the real estate market here is absolutely thriving. And if you’re looking for a charming Nashville suburb that’s not too far from the city, there’s nowhere better to begin a home search than right here in Brentwood.
