Nick has had his busiest 2 weeks in Real Estate in a log time which all points to a busy 2012.

It all started last Saturday showing property to clients moving to the Hendersonville/Gallatin area from Lascasass in the $275-325k range.

Week 1

Monday he was showing property in Franklin/Brentwood area in the $450k range. He ended that day with a listing appointment in Mount Juliet in the $170k range.

Tuesday he was able to do some follow up and meet some of the other TAREG team members for a networking lunch at the 5th and Main Condos. He also won a door prize there.

Wednesday was  a day of play thanks to Brand Mortgage, Tennessee Title Services, and Raymond, Preston and Reed. They were kind enough to take the team out for a day of combat in the paintball field.

Thursday, Nick showed property to some clients, who just move back to the states from Korea. They looked in several different areas in the $200-250k range.

Friday, he met with his clients that are listing in Mount Juliet, to look at some possible new homes for them in the $250-275k range in Mount Juliet.  Then on his way home he got a call from a client that just got into town with his wife, that are moving back to Hendersonville from Canada. They look at properties in the $275-350k range.

Saturday was spent with a family of 6 moving the Nashville area from Ohio. The look at homes in the Mt. Juliet/Hendersonville area under the $225k mark. They looked at 15 houses before they found one to put an offer in on. Unfortunately, they weren’t the only one who liked it. They were one of 4 offers on the property and the seller didn’t pick their offer. They plan to come back in a couple weeks to look some more.

Sunday he met his clients in from Canada in Franklin to look in Westhaven and Ladd Park. On his way back from Franklin to Hendersonville, Nick stopped by the Wellington Arms condo building in Belle Meade to show call the condo for sale there, to a client from the New York City area looking for a second home close to her mom.  She has narrowed it down to 2 units in the building and is very close to making an offer.

Week 2

Monday, he met with his clients, that moved back from Korea, to look at some more properties in the Crieve Hall/Brentwood/West Meade/Bellevue areas.  Then on the way home he met with is clients in from Canada, to check out a couple more houses before they headed back out of town.

Tuesday, was planned to be a day to catch up and follow up, but ended up meeting a referral, to help them find a space for a Restaurant in Hendersonville. More details to come soon. They have found a space, just need to get it worked out.

Wednesday, he met some of his clients again to look a couple more houses, and are close to making an offer in the $230k range.

Thursday, Nick closed a home with a great family in Bellevue/West Nashville area in the $220k range. His clients are excited with their new house and are already picking out new paint colors. Congratulations to the Isaacs Family on your new home! And thank you to Tennessee Title Services for a smooth closing!

Nick is looking forward to the next few weeks, to see what it has in store for him. The Nashville Real Estate Market is hopping. Now is the time to buy before it is too late to take advantage of low interest rates and good deals.
