This last week Nick Petrocci of The Ashton Real Estate Group of RE/MAX Elite spent the week, in Haiti on a Mission Trip with his church, Long Hollow Baptist Church. This is Nick’s second trip to Jeremie, Haiti, where he helped with several construction projects around the church and orphanage, what his church helped build there.  Some of the projects his team worked on was putting up mosquito netting on the windows of the orphan’s houses, building shelves, tables, odds and end jobs.  He also spent some time hanging out at the orphanage, spending time with the kids and even playing some basketball with the older boys there.  Here are some photos of Nick with some of the kids at the orphanage.

While Nick was gone, fellow TAREG team member, Jarrod Curcio, helped one of Nick’s clients find an investment property in West Nashville and are officially under contract. And right before, Nick left, he listed a lot in Portland that is perfect and ready for your new home to be built on.  He also had a drastic price reduction on his listing at 1000 Deann Ct. in Cottontown.  It was reduced to $200,000 and ready for new owners.

Coming up Nick, has several clients he is working with and gearing up for the spring Real Estate season.
