Nick Petrroci of The Ashton Real Estate Group of RE/MAX Elite had a busy week catching up last week after spending a week in New York for Thanksgiving. Sunday when he got back he was showing a client looking for a horse property in the Franklin area. They looked at a 7 acre farm with a barn, stalls, and outdoor riding arena. They were ready to make an offer, but the seller had just accepted another offer. So now, they will be submitting a backup offer incase the current offer doesn’t stand.
He then spent Monday following up with clients and finalizing 2 contract on 2 of his listings. The first one he finalized is for a new Construction home that he was able to help, Regent Homes of TN, sell. They worked out a fantastic offer for the seller and the buyer. The other offer he worked out was for his listing in Gallatin. They also worked out a great offer that satisfied the buyer and his seller.
The rest of the week was spent prospecting, following up and working on his coaching with Corcoran Consulting. He has picked up new clients that he is showing lake houses to on Saturday and a client coming in town next week to find a retirement home in the Nashville area. They are moving from Minnesota.
Nick has also begun making his Italian Christmas cookies for his deliveries, to his clients. He hand makes and delivers them to his clients. It is a great way for Nick to catch up with his clients and spread holiday joy.
