These last two weeks for Nick Petrocci of The Ashton Real Estate Group (TAREG) of RE/MAX Elite have been a whirlwind in Nashville real estate.
He has clients coming out of the wood work looking for homes in the Nashville Area. It all started with a new listing in Spring Hill. These clients were childhood neighbors of his back in small town Elbridge, New York. They had moved to Spring Hill a couple years ago and now have decided to go back home to New York. Nick listed their home and and had 7 showings on it in the matter of days and it sold to the second person that looked at it. It is set to close in just a few weeks.
Nick has been working some Virtual Floor Duty shifts, where he is met a few great clients. The first one, is working on selling their business in Kentucky, but hopes to know more about that in the upcoming weeks. Nick met with them and showed some homes in the Mount Juliet area, where they have found some great possibilities, once they know more on the status of their business.
One of the other clients Nick met while on a VFD site chat, came in this past weekend and is looking for an older home with some character in the Nashville Area. They found a home they absolutely love and are trying to work on the details to figure out what they can do to make this home theirs. They have a home to sell in Illinois and the Washington DC area.
Nick has also been spending a lot of time in Murfreesboro/Smyrna area. He currently has 3 sets of clients looking over there. One is a referral from a friend from high school back in New York, who has moved down here for school and found that this is a place they want to call home and is tired of renting. They have been working hard to find the house they can call home and are close to making that decision. The second is one that he is helping out fellow TAREG agent, Jarrod Curcio with. They are looking in the Smyrna area close to his work at the Nissan Plant. They are going back out to look and are ready to buy and get out of renting also. And his third client, looking in Murfreesboro, are clients Nick has been working with for a little while now. His client finally has a contract on their home in Wisconson and are ready to be in Nashville and out of the bitter cold of the North. They worked out a contract on their future home here and will be closing at the end of March.
Nick is also working with a client, he has been talking with for a while from the TAREG website. They are looking to purchase a home close to Belmont for their son to live in while at school. They have made a couple of offers, but have missed out by just a little on one. They are cash buyers ready to buyer, so if you know of a house or looking to sell your home in the area, let Nick know. They are looking for at least a 2 bedroom and 2 bath home. Can be Sylvan Park, Green Hills, 12South, Wedgewood and Houston, Vandy, Belmont, Lipscomb areas. Nick has been scouring the area and calling agents trying to find something that is not on the market.
He is also working with a client to find her first home in the Downtown, East Nashville, Germantown, SoBro area. She is open to condos or single family homes and is tired of being a renter. They looked a few properties in East Nashville last week, but hasn’t found the right one yet.
Nick also has clients coming in the upcoming weeks that called and area ready to buy in the Nashville area, other clients coming in to look at some lake homes around Old Hickory Lake, one to look at some short term rentals before they lock down and buy something are just a few of his clients.
In between all of client meetings, Nick was able to hit up the Nashville Predators Hockey came with fellow agents Jonny Lee and Larry McGowan. Thanks to Ameris Bank, Tennessee Title, Raymond Preston and Reed, First American Home Warranty, and All American Pest. The limo ride from Signature Transportation was great. Nick also attended the Accelerant breakfast, where he networked with some of the top business people in Nashville and listened to Formula One driver, Derek Daly speak. Nick’s business card was picked in the drawing for 4 Predators tickets, thanks to Accelerant for that.
Nick has 6 pending contracts yet to close this year and has more coming. Looks like the Spring selling season has sprung. Nick also has upcoming listings in Hendersonville. And 3 others that are waiting for new buyers, in Portland, Gallatin, and Cottontown.
Looks like this is going to be another stellar year for Nick and The Ashton Real Estate Group.
