A couple of great weeks for Nick Petrocci on the #1 #REMAX team in Nashville, The Ashton Real Estate Group of RE/MAX ELite.
He started last week out showing a client that he has been talking with on the team website for nearly 4 years. She is finally ready to start getting more serious for a move from Illinois in the spring. Nick showed them Mount Juliet, Franklin, and Smyrna. She finally honed her search down to the Mount Juliet Area. His client also brought her friend down with her to look and she also now is considering a move to the Nashville area, she liked it so much.
Nick finished last week, with 2 closings on Friday. One was for a team listing in HOT East Nashville, just 2 blocks from The Pharmacy and Holland House. They were under contract in the first week! His client had bought the house 3 years earlier to live in while he was attending Law School at Belmont University. And 3 years later, he sold it and made some money on it that will help pay for some Student loans.
His other closing was for some long term renters. They were thankful that Nick answered the phone and great at accessibility. The first agent they had worked with, never would call them back!!! After just 2 weekends of looking at homes, they found a great and well maintained home in Hendersonville. They are excited to not be throwing any more money away in rent and putting it into building equity.
This week really has been a crazy one. Nick has spent all week with 2 clients, both are relocating. The first one is moving to Nashville to be closer to family and get out of the snow and cold of Minnesota. They are focusing their search on New Construction in the Franklin/Brentwood area. One community they fell in love with is The Grove in College Grove. It offers top and exclusive amenities for The Grove residents. They have a private Jack Nikolas design Golf Course, resort and lap pools, 5 tennis courts, restaurant, fitness center, spa, and Equestrian facilities also. The home the fell in love with there is a soon to be “Fall Festival of Homes” house built by Hidden Valley Homes. It is filled with extras and plenty of custom features anyone could die for. They are also exploring a couple other building options, but The Grove is high on their list. And are ready to move once they fine “The One.”
The other client he has spent this week with is looking for a historic or older home with character and cool old features. So far they have looked a couple of front runners, and his client just needs to get their house on the market in Illinois, to get down here and enjoy retirement in a place that Forbes Magazine listed as the one of the top places to retire to.
Nick also has clients looking for the following types of properties:
