This week for Nick has been a productive one. He started the week listing a great home in Gallatin with views of Old Hickory Lake out the front. It sits on just over 1 ½ acres with a detached garage. This home is loaded with upgrades, all hardwood on the first floor, custom kitchen with concrete countertops and copper sink, tile showers, stainless steel appliances, and the list goes on. It is 981 Brooklawn Dr. in Gallatin and priced at $419,900. Don’t let this one get away.
He is also is still working with a client that is searching for the right home close to Belmont University for their son and some roommates to live in while they are at school there. Nick has been searching every where for the right one for them and the inventory is pretty well picked over. He is pulling every page out of his playbook to find the perfect property.
Nick also wrote and offer on a home in Murfreesboro for a first time home buyer and referral from a high school friend back in Syracuse, New York. Unfortunately, they did not get that house but are still on the search for the perfect first place.
Yesterday Nick, wrote and offer for another client from Chicago, who is assisting their daughter buy a home, while she is at school here. We are waiting to get the details worked out, but Nick is hopeful, they will have a new home to call their own. These clients are very thankful of Nick and the time he has spent with them. He has been working with them and showing them property for over 2 years now.
Nick also had a listing appointment for a past client, who might soon be listing her home in East Nashville. She is just waiting on the confirmation on a job relocation. If she is listing, her home will not last long. It is a total to the studs renovation with all new everything in 2011. For those of you who don’t know East Nashville, homes there are normally selling before they even hit the market. The demand for homes there is high. And Nick set up an appointment for another upcoming listing in East Nashville for later in the summer.
This week, Nick has clients coming in from Cleveland to look at homes with a pool in the Mount Juliet and Lebanon area. He also has clients coming in to look at Lake homes on Old Hickory Lake for a future relocation to the Nashville areas. Nick also has a closing scheduled in the Berry Hill neighborhood in Hendersonville, for past clients, who he sold their house for before it hit the market back in October.
The market is heating up with the weather. Don’t wait before it is too late to find your DREAM HOME. Give Nick or The Ashton Real Estate Group of RE/MAX Elite a call to get your journey started.
