What a week it has been.  I feel like I haven't stopped all week.

We can start with Monday.  Monday, I showed a house to a local couple in Old Hickory in the $375k range. It was a great 1920 Historic house across the street from the lake. 

Tuesday I spent the evening with a client moving from Ohio, looking around the Mount Juliet Area in the $200k range. 

Wednesday was spent meeting with 2 different clients on listing their homes. One should be coming on the market next week and the other is active as of yesterday at 430 Watt Nolan Rd in Cottontown. 

Thursday, I played catch up and did some VFD.

Friday, I spent the morning showing condos and townhomes to a first time home buyer in Bellevue, Brentwood, and Percy Priest Lake area in the $125k range.

And Saturday I am meeting to finalize paper work and take pictures of the second listing this week in the $570k range.

And here is a little info on the new listing at 430 Watt Nolan.  It is about 2700 sq. ft on 5 acres that is fence and ready for a buyer to bring thier horses.  It has a barn with stalls and tack room, 4 rail horse fencing and solar electric fencing.  A total of 3 car garages, 2 of which are a detached garage.  It has an in-ground pool with a new salt system, and liner.  The HVAC is just 3 years old. Like I said, just bring the horses.

Next week is starting out pretty busy also, I am showing in Franklin, Fairview, Mount Juliet, Nolansville, Hendersonville, Gallatin.
