Heres an update from Nick Petrocci who is one of the newest agents to join The Ashton Real Estate Group of RE/MAX Elite after 5 years with new home builders in Hendersonville, Southeastern Builders.

"It has been a busy week for me following up with clients, old and new.  I have picked up some good clients for the future on Virtual Floor Duty. One is looking at moving up from Birmingham in future, a couple of Military relocation clients, and a client from PA looking for a house with some land. It has been a great week! :)

I showed a home in the Belmont area to a student, this past week, for her and some roommates to live instead of the dorms. A great way of saving money and building up value in an appreciating assett for the future.

I have a meeting today, Sunday, with some potential clients looking to sell their current home and then buying a new property. More details to come on that.
