Nick Petrocci has started 2012 like he finished 2011. BUSY, BUSY, BUSY.

He wrote a contract on a foreclosure on Old Hickory Lake.  He is keeping his fingers crossed for his clients, who ended up in multiple offers on it.  This week he played catch up from the holidays, but he also has set up showings through next week.

Saturday he will be showing another foreclosure in Gallatin in the $130k range.  Sunday, he wont be enjoying any football, because he will be showing houses in the $200-250k range to a great couple looking in the Nashville TN area.

Next week he has some clients coming in from Chicago to check out the area and some great down town properties.

He has also picked up some new clients from Nashville, Florida, New Jersey, New York. This just shows th divers appeal of Nashville TN!!

Nick is also working on a new listing on the Cumberland River in Madison. it was not affected by the flood back in May of 2010, since it sits on a high bluff, which gives it some great views. 

He is also working on some great email marketing campaigns to help boost his business to the next level.  

Nick is working towards 2012 being his best year ever in Real Estate.
