"Hey Gary, It has been a busy holiday season and start to The Ashton Real Estate Group for me. 

Before Christmas, I was showing town houses in Antioch and East Nashville.  The day after Christmas, I was back in Antioch, showing town houses to the same client and wrote a contract for a new town house in the Matlock neighborhood for just under $120,000.  We got the final signatures on the contract this week and it set to close by the end of January, my first contract with the team! 

My client that I have been showing downtown condos and East Nashville homes to has narrowed down her search area and has found a couple of historic homes in East Nashville that have made the list.  

This week, I met with new clients, that I got from VFD, looking at downtown condos. I think they found the one, in the Kress Building. And yesterday, I worked with clients moving in from Washington DC.  We spent the day checking out different Nashville neighborhoods.  We went from Bellvue, to Forrest Hills, to Brentwood, to Green Hills, to Vanderbilt/Hillsboro area, to Sylvan Park, to West Meade, and finished the day off in East Nashville.  They are working on narrowing down their search area after getting a good feel for the different areas.  

In the 3 months, I have been with the team, it has been awesome.  Business is booming, I got my first home under contract, and meet with some great clients.Since, joining the team, I have gotten to know some areas of Nashville Real Estate that I have never been in.  East Nashville and I are becoming good friends! The end of 2011 has been great, and if it continues, I should have a great start to the new year!  I look forward to what is to come and working with an AWESOME team.
