A real estate update from Nick Petrocci:

It has been a little quieter week on showings this week, but good for me to follow up on some leads and VFD. 

I have spoken to may people getting ready to relocate to the Nashville area from all over. New York, Ohio, Alabama, Florida, California, are just a few places people are moving from.  Who says the Real Estate market is down?

I do have some first time home buyers close to writing a contract on a home in Bellevue.  I am meeting with a client tomorrow to look at some Lake Homes in the Hendersonville area. 

I did get to do some networking at a couple of Realtor Open Houses.  One was at a great home across the street from the lake in Fairvue Plantation.  And the other was for a new Construction for Goodall in Foxland Harbor. 

It was great to catch up with some agents that I haven't seen in a while and to let them know I joined TAREG of RE/MAX Elite.
