It has been an awesome week.  I have been busy showing, showing and showing more houses.  Wednesday afternoon, I was showing houses in Hendersonville to a client moving in from Montreal. He is thinking about New Construction. 

Thursday, I stuffed myself with Turkey and dessert. 

And Friday and Saturday, I showed houses to 3 different clients. 

The first has moved to the Hendersonville area from Clarksville, looking in the $350k range, the second is looking for a house for his daughter and some roommates to living in while she is in school at Fisk University and Vanderbilt University.  Third was a family looking in the Scales Elementary School District in Williamson County.  They are getting ready to make an offer on a house just under the $300k mark in Brentwood Hills. I just got their pre-approval with Armando SanMiguel at Brand Mortgage and he did it all on a holiday weekend. 

I also picked up some great clients over the weekend too.  One I will be showing this week in Hendersonville, in the just over $400k range, and another looking for a loft with character in the $150k  and under range in the Downtown Nashville area
