Nick has had a busy couple weeks.
Last Thursday, he spent the day with some clients in from New Jersey to look at some different areas of Nashville in the $250-300k range to narrow down their search area for their move coming up in a few months.
Monday he started with a final walk thru for a new construction closing coming up next week in Antioch for $117k.
Then he meet with some clients, he has been working with to look at a new listing in West Nashville. They had an offer in that night and got a contract accepted in the $220k range by the next morning. His clients had their home inspection done today.
Next week doesn’t seem to be looking at much of a slow down either. He already has clients coming in from Florida that will be here looking in the Hendersonville/Gallatin area in the $175k range.
Nick is also working with another client in the Hendersonville/Gallatin area in the $200k range.
Showings and Listings
Showings are picking up for his listing at 1417 Drakes Creek Rd. in Hendersonville listed at $574,900.
He is working on a listing in East Nashville that might be coming on the market in the $120k range. Market is up and rates are down, now is your time to buy before the deals are gone.
