Here is the latest update from Nick on his week in real estate with The Ashton Real Estate Group.

"PHEW!  What a couple of weeks. Between showings and keeping up with cleints it has been a whirlwind of a week.  I have been all over and showing everything.

Last Saturday and Sunday I was showing condos downtown to 2 different clients one in the $225k range and the other in the under $150k range.  We looked at some great deals in the Bennie Dillon building and Fifth and Main.

Monday I spent the day showing some out of town clients looking in the Mount Juliet, Hendersonville and Gallatin areas.  And then a cleint looking at a condo in the University Square building that is a steal of a price at just under $110k.

Tuesday and Wednesday I spend catching up with other clients.

Thursday, I showed the condo in University Square again, but missed out because it got another contract.  This shows when a good deal comes on the market, you can't wait long to put a contract on it, because someone else will.  

I am constantly wanting  to improve my system of follow up and keeping up with everything and what better way than to learn from another successful Agent on the TAREG Team. I was able to spend Thursday afternoon working with Jonny Lee and his team. Thanks for sharing some of your wealth of knowledge, Jonny! Then was able to sneak into the "Ugly Christmas Sweater Party" at Tennessee Title.  Thanks to the team there for a great time.

And this past Saturday, I had a client that wanted to see a couple of town homes in Spring Hill, and I had some family plans, so the awesome LeAnne Constantine helped me out. Thanks to LeAnne, my client is very interested in one of the units listed just over the $200k range.  It is awesome to be part of a great team!

Sunday, I spent the day with come clients in from Memphis, looking in the $250k range in Mount Juliet/Hermitage areas.  I will be back out looking with them on Tuesday.
