The last couple weeks have been a great weeks for Nick Petrocci of The Ashton Real Estate Group of RE/MAX Elite to finish out the year.
Nick spent the last couple weeks finishing and delivering his annual Christmas cookies to his clients this year and also to clients who have referred him other clients. Doing this, he was able to catch up with his clients and also picked up a few more referrals.
The week before Christmas led to three contracts written. He wrote one for a house in Springfield for clients relocating from the cold weather in the Milwaukee area. The other was for a first time home buyer, on a horse property in Franklin, which they are in place as the back up offer, since they just missed the property. The last was for a lake home in the Mount Juliet area, which the clients here will also have a home to sell in the Old Hickory area.
Nick also finished out 2013 with 2 closings this week. The first one was for a past client for a new construction home in Gallatin. This was his clients third home to buy or sell with Nick this year.
The other closing was for a new construction home in Madison. This home he was contacted by a Nashville area builder, Regent Homes, to help sell a home they built and had a hard time selling. They knew Nick was very knowledgeable about selling new Construction homes and knew the area well. For those of you who don’t know Nick, prior to joining the Ashton Real Estate Group, he worked for a local Sumner County builder selling their New Construction homes. He did this for 5 years, so if you are looking at buying New Construction, Nick is a great resource to guild you through the process.
With the 2 closings to finish the year with, Nick exceeded his goals he set for this year by 3 closings. 2013 has been Nick’s best year in Real Estate and he would not have been able to do it without his great team of venders. Thanks to Chris Mule and Josh Terry at Tennessee Title, Armando SanMiguel and his team at Ameris Bank, Ryan While at Raymond, Preston, and Reed, Tricia Andrews at First American Home Warranty, Erin Richardson at All-American Pest and anyone else he missed!!
The other important people, Nick would like to send Thanks to, are his clients and all of his past clients who referred him to their friends or family members.
Nick is raising his goals for 2014 and looks forward to exceeding them again. With that being said, Nick has 3 closings already lined up for 2014 and several other clients that will be buying homes in the beginning of the year. Be on the lookout for new listings coming from Nick in Portland and Old Hickory.
