The New Site Goes Live!

if you are new to this site you won't really apreciate any of the changes that have been made and associated improvements in the search and site navigation. if you are coming back to the site then you will immeadiately see the improvements!

The interactive map searches are now focused on the areas with a suggested price range that reflects the current trends for real estate sales in those areas.

The property details pages have made significant improvements with access to local data, Google street view, school location and much more. Log in and create your own search and see the new high definition pictures for all the properties.

Any homes listed by RE/MAX Elite and The Ashton Real Estate Group will have the team logo attached and also get preferential placing so if you are thinking of listing your home contact us to get maximum exposure.

If you would like a quick over view of all the sites features contact me at any time.

Thx

Gary :)

David wrote: I find the new site MUCH, MUCH less useful to me. I can no longer filter my searches by lot size, ( coming in 2 weeks) which is a key requirement for me. Additionally, it is more cumbersome to filter by Date Built Ranges, Square Footage, etc. Where are the ADVANCED Settings located now that will allow me the same functionality as the old site did? (All coming :) )

David wrote: Well, the more I look, the more problems I find. When I try to search by city, I find that I cannot select more than one city at a time. (this will added in about 2 weeks) Additionally, there appear to be multiple entries for the same city; as an example I find three different spellings for Thompson Station,( part of the coming 2 week upgrade) but I can't select all three at the same time - I have to perform multiple searches to see the results. When searching by map, many cities are no longer available for selection, an example would be College Grove. ( look under interactive maps..more areas) Are there functions that I am just overlooking or has the site been downgraded by design. I am finding the RealTracs site as a more viable source if there is no way to add back the advanced search filters from your old site.

Thanks for the constructive review.

There are a couple of areas of functionality that still need to be added and these have been in the programmers to do list for a few weeks now. I didn't want to hold off releasing the site for a couple of more minor issues when the over changes to the site represent a vast improvement in terms of graphic presentation and the extra features.

I would suggest that you take some time to navigate the site a little more and if there are any other deficiencies just let me know and we'll add them to the "to do" list.

Thanks for taking the time to look over the site :)
