The Cottages At Vista Some much-needed residential development could soon be on the way for the Whites Creek area on Nashville’s northwest side. According to recent reports, Nashville-based developer Cornerstone Land Co. is seeking approval to develop 44 new residences on a 15.5-acre site located at 516 and 520 Green Avenue.

The project, being called The Cottages at Vista, would mostly include single-family homes, it’s a development that would also be situated almost right next door to another Cornerstone development called Vista.

As of now, Cornerstone is already on record saying the new homes would start somewhere close to $200,000, which is a price point that is severely lacking in inventory, even despite the strong demand.

As noted by the Nashville Post, the development site is currently zoned for 25 duplexes, however, should The Cottages at Vista plan be approved, developers are planning to break ground around this time next year.

Renderings and additional details about the homes have not yet been released.
