Found about 25 miles to the south of Downtown Nashville is Thompson's Station. This city is a bedroom community for Davidson, Williamson and Maury Counties. It's known as one of the more expensive areas in the Nashville area.
Thompson's Station was incorporated in 1990, but has been known as a historic area since the 1700s. Since it's only ten minutes south of Franklin, it has become a very popular choice for those moving to the area. This city is most known for a famous Civil War battle and home to about 2,100 residents. Every October, they all get together to enjoy a pancake breakfast.
The location makes it a great place to settle for families, professionals and many other types of residents. It's one of the few places where residents can have it all. They give a pastoral setting close to the big city and one of the most vibrant regions in the United States.
