When looking for a new home or any kind of real estate in Nashville, it’s important to be aware of the countless community events that the city has to offer. The city’s event newsletter and website is called the Nashville Scene and its packed with events for all ages. The city offers a variety of dining experiences, bars and clubs, musical events, art and theatre opportunities, and so much more. Some of its most famous and multicultural events include the African Street Festival, the Celebrate Nashville Cultural Festival, the Greek Festival, the Jefferson Street Jazz and Blues Festival, the NAIA Pow Wow, and far too many more to mention. Along with the fantastically packed event schedule that Nashville has, there are many incredible attractions and places to see in the city.

Known for it’s jazz music history, Nashville boasts the National Museum of African American Music. It stands as a museum dedicated to the many contributions that African Americans have made in the music world in the past. Also, in Nashville is the famous Fisk University, well known by many as Fisk School, the first school to offer free education to African American citizens. There are numerous theaters throughout the city, each of which is praised for their artistic creativity in their plays, along with the genius of their playwrights.

Along with the amazing cultural activities and renowned entertainment venues, Nashville has amazing venues for those who love to shop. The six malls in Nashville include the Rivergate Mall, Opry Mills, The Mall at Green Hills, Cool Springs Galleria, Hill Center Green Hills, and the Lebanon Premium Outlets. With the major shopping malls, there are countless cultural markets and small businesses for every interest.

Nashville also offers great dining opportunities, serving customers with quality Nashville cuisine. Some of the best reviewed restaurants in Nashville include Rotier’s Restaurant, Watermark, Loveless Cafe, Germantown Cafe, Jack’s Bar-B-Que, and the Sunset Grill. Finding a great place to get quality food and have a great time is not hard in Nashville. It’s cultural background and its rich history can’t be found anywhere else in the world. Nashville offers so much to its residents, as well as their visitors. Not only is there a lot to do in the city, it offers friendly neighborhoods and quality housing. It’s a city unlike any other, offering to its residents an opportunity to learn and have fun, and striving to give them an optimal city to live in.
