Some recognizable names have apparently purchased new Nashville homes in June, joining the thousands more who have already made their way to Middle Tennessee over the last six to eight months.
First reported by The Tennessean, TV personality and talk show host Elisabeth Hasselbeck and her husband Tim, a former NFL quarterback and current ESPN football analyst, have bought a fabulous $2 million home in Belle Meade, which was last on the market a decade ago when it sold for $1.85
Also on the move the Tennessee Titans’ latest acquisition, DeMarco Murray, who has reportedly found a new home at 1606 Whispering Hills Drive in beautiful Franklin, TN. According to property records, Murray’s new home was last on the market in 2010 when it sold for $1.9 million. Public records also show the new Titans superstar purchased the six bedroom, 10-bathroom mansion for $2.95 million.
With both the city of Franklin and Williamson County among the fastest growing areas in all of Tennessee, few will argue Murray’s choice not only makes sense from a lifestyle standpoint, but also from an investment one as well.
