Mark showed a mixture of apartments, condos and single family homes in Hendersonville to clients planning to relocate from Pittsburg. These were two to three bedroom properties priced between $120,000 to $ 190,000. The clients are particularly interested in a single family home priced at $174,000 and may write an offer on it.
Clients from Texas are trying to secure a short sale in Old Hickory for $515,000 and Mark has been working with the listing agent to try to expedite matters with the lenders.
Clients from Virginia are investigating the possibility of building a custom five bedroom home with an in ground basement or a storm shelter in Annandale, Brentwood. Mark has been speaking with builders with available lots in this development and is also discussing putting a FEMA rated storm shelter into an existing home in this sub division.
There were 6 new clients for Mark this week and 2 returning clients. Viewings are arranged for three of these in the next few days for Hermitage, Thompson Station and downtown Nashville for both single family homes an condos ranging between $140,000 to $ 250,000.
