Saturday: What a fantastic day: My son Matthew played in the Rugby 7’s State Championship for Father Ryan High School. They won all five matches and this included defeating defending champions Ravenwood, South Doyle, Beardon and the powerhouse team of Oakland in a hard fought final. Matthew has trial for the under 17 USA Rugby team in December and is playing in a tournament for the Tennessee Tri Star (under 19) team in a tournament in Las Vegas in January 2014.

Monday: Mark attended a (TAREG) team meeting at the RE/MAX office in Brentwood. There were a lot of new team members who were introduced. Also in attendance were TAREG’s preferred Partners including Tennessee Title Services, Ameris Bank, Raymond Preston Reed Insurance and First American Home Buyer Protection Corporation who educated us on the latest developments in their respective fields of expertise.

Tuesday: Mark met with a new client who is relocating from Canada in the middle 2014. He showed these clients 4-5 bedroom single family homes in Brentwood and Franklin in the $550,000 - $750,000 price range.

Wednesday: Mark met with an existing client and showed her a number of single family homes near Five Points in Nashville. These 3 bedroom properties require some TLC but are in an excellent location and have great potential. In the afternoon, Mark helped a client submit an offer for a three bedroom property in Hendersonville.

Thursday: Mark participated in a team (TAREG) role play exercise with the Corcoran Coaching in the morning. In the afternoon, Mark acted as Virtual Floor Duty Manager for www.nashvilles.mls and picked up number of qualified new clients including a lake home buyer and an investor who anticipate purchasing properties in the next few months.

Friday: Mark spent the morning and afternoon connecting with existing customers returning to the website. In the afternoon, he acted as the Virtual Floor Duty Manager assigning new clients to team members, answering client’s questions on line and in real time and connecting with a number of new clients.
