Mark O’Connell has been very busy this past week writing offers and completing home inspections.

He is working with an out of state client to find a home near downtown Nashville and his buyers shortlisted two properties in Westview Park.

More showings are planned for next week with hopefully more offers pending.

Mark has seen the advantages or working on the #1 RE/MAX real estate team in Tennessee and has been able draw on the knowledge of the rest of them team who are all specialists in their own areas. The benefit of for the team member is that they can develop a great overal knowledge of the Nashville real estate market but if they need some indepth or local knowledge of a specific area or subdivision there is always some one on the team to turn to.
