Mark spent time on Friday and Saturday this week showing homes in Annandale, Brentwood to his clients from Virginia. These were four to five bedroom single family homes between 5000 and 7500 sq ft ranging between $900,000 to $ 1,500,000.

Monday and Tuesday were spent meeting with three different builders with vacant lots in Annandale to discuss building a custom home with a walk out basement and included discussions on size, construction, design, timescale and of course cost.

Sunday was spent showing clients relocating from Nebraska single family homes in Hermitage.

This was the third weekend of viewings and the perfect home was finally found. This is a lovely 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom single family home of approximately 2600 sq feet. It is a foreclosure and a offer was submitted on Monday and accepted on Thursday after negotiations with the listing agent and the bank for just over $200,000.

Mark was the Virtual Floor Duty (VFD) manager on Wednesday afternoon and picked up some new clients. He also is working closely with clients relocating from Tulsa, Oklahoma to work at Vanderbilt and looking for downtown condo’s and other clients moving back to Nashville from North Carolina and looking for properties in Belle Meade and Brentwood.
