Mark O'Connell of The Ashton Real Estate Group of RE/MAX Elite returned from Las Vegas Rugby Seven’s Tournament late Sunday night. His son Matthew played in the Schoolboy’s tournament for the Tennessee Tri Stars who won the “plate” competition beating Bermuda in a hard fought final.

This week Mark met with three different sets of clients to show properties. One client relocating from Connecticut viewed 3-4 Bedroom homes in Hendersonville in the $300,000 - $400,000 range.

Another client from Chicago viewed a number of 2 bedroom condos in the Hillmont development in the $150,000 - $250,000 range.

An investor client of Mark’s viewed two condos in the University Square development and an offer was written for one of these units.

Next week will busier with a number of out of state clients viewing existing properties and discussing custom built homes.

Looks like 2014 is going to be a great year for Mark and TAREG.
