Mark O'Connell of The Ashton Real Estate Group of RE/MAX Elite had a busy week this week in Nashville Real Estate.
He tested for his brown belt in Tae Kwon Do and passed with flying colors. He also attended the TAREG Tailgating event and then watch a terrific game with the Tennessee Titans making a miraculous recovery to being the game into overtime. On Tuesday, Mark attended the RE/MAX Elite Christmas party at the Bridgestone arena. The food was terrific, the drink flowed freely and everyone watching the Nashville Predators and the Chicago Blackhawks battle it out.
Mark connected with new clients as Virtual Floor Duty (VFD) manager on the website upcoming road trips are planned for some of these clients in the New Year. Mark also showed a number of existing clients properties in Hendersonville, Gallatin and downtown Nashville and wrote an offer for a three bedroom single family home in Hendersonville. This property is a VA Foreclosure and multiple offers are expected.
Mark also completed the Corcoran Coaching Realtor training programming which ran for six weeks and is already putting in to practise some of the invaluable business insights he learnt during the course.
More viewings are planned for the coming weekend and Mark is looking forward to a few days off over the Christmas Holiday and New Year.
