Jonny followed up the 3 closings he had in January with another 3 in February.
Who said Real Estate is slow in the winter months? Who said we just experienced winter, felt more like a long Fall to me!
Anyway, 2 of Jonny's closings were in East Nashville, one of which was at 5th and Main which is possibly the hottest development in all of Nashville at the moment. With over 70% of their units under contract or closed in the last 4 months, the new pricing has really started a gold rush. Jonny has another 5th and Main closing lined up for March and is definitely worth calling if you have any questions about this building.
In addition to his closings, he has successfully negotiated a contract for one of his buyer's at the Terrazzo in the Gulch, priced in the mid 200's and has received a contract for one of his Hendersonville listings in the $400's. The same seller's have a contract also in Hendersonville on a home in the $500's.
This past weekend Jonny was showing homes in Brentwood in the Million dollar range and downtown condos in the 200-300's.
He is also listing another home in Hendersonville in the $500's tomorrow that features 2 acres, a storm shelter and an inground heated pool.

Firstly to TN Title Services for as always taking excellent and professional care of his clients at the closing table, even when Jonny couldn't make it himself due to the TAREG bi-monthly training session at All American Pest Control.
Finally to Armando SanMiguel of Brand Mortgage for pulling off a 'Houdini' 45 minutes before closing on a foreclosure this week, where the buyers were receiving devastating news from the seller and it didn't look like it would close until out popped the rabbit from his hat and all ended happily.
