Jonny is looking forward to an exciting 2012.

After introducing 3 new members to his team in the past few weeks, he's ecstatic at seeing how well they are doing!

Jonny has been busy with multiple clients all week himself. He has shown downtown Nashville condos  in the $200-$250k range on several successive days, Brentwood homes in the $275-$325k range, Mt Juliet homes in the $100-$150k range and Franklin homes in the $300-$400 to 4 different sets of clients and is scheduled to show East Nashville homes in the $300-$350k range later today to a 5th different client!

I hope he keeps the coffee flowing ;) ... In addition to this, Jonny has a walk through at 5th & Main today with a client who is taking possession prior to closing on his new condo.

Thanks to the folks over at 5th and main for being great at working with him and his client on his move prior to closing. Jonny will be happy to share more info on 5th and main and their great products to anyone who would like to know how and why they have sold 60 units in the last 8 weeks!!!! What a great place to choose to live and buy right now.

Jonny is also working diligently to close two of his listings next week that are scheduled for the 12th and 13th of January and attempting to pull a rabbit out of a hat on closing a short sale by the 24th! Fingers crossed... :)
