John Gilbert has been busy today showing a very nice couple homes in Gallatin TN in the $150’s. 

"They are getting excited about one in particular.  I will be showing a friend of mine a home in Franklin Sunday, she has already checked out the exterior and is excited to see the interior  the asking price has just been reduced to $299,900. 

I have spoke to several leads this past week who will hopefully will be coming to town soon to look at homes. 

Tonight a past client I sold to back in July is having me over for some homemade authentic Indian cuisine, hope I can take the heat!!"
