John Gilbert wrapped up 2011 with a closing on 12/30th with a couple who relocated to the Nashville area from Springfield, MO. The couple relocated to the area to accept new job offers and bought new construction in the Cane Ridge area and got a great deal on a new home @ $155K and the builder offered a 4% commission.
On 1/2/12 John showed property to a local cash buyer who made an offer that day that went under contract 1/3/12 and they are looking to close 1/12/12.
John has several showings scheduled tomorrow 1/7 for an anxious buyer looking to get out of a 2 bedroom apartment that she will actually pay less to purchase a home up to $170K with a 15 year Mtg. with a note at 3% that will be less than what she is now paying in rent. The buyer is super excited to actually own a home with more space and she is very excited about a 2 car garage which apartment living did not offer.
John will be listing a past client's home in the early spring in Murfreesboro over 6,000 Sq. Ft. on 8 acres with every amenity available including an attached 3 car garage and a separate heated and cooled 6 car garage with office space and full bath all built in 2007. Home is located on a private road and property is enclosed with wrought iron fencing and electric gates to access the driveways.
