"Very excited to begin a December to remember.
Finalized 2 contracts at 5th and Main downtown for $228k and $325k. Also about to finalize a commercial lease at 5th and Main with a 5 year lease value of about $100-$150k TBD.
Wrote another pre-sale contract at Gateway Village in Franklin for $305k.
Awaiting answers on two short sale contracts. One for $185k, and another for about $200k.
Communicating with out of state buyers to make their new years plans come to fruition, and even planning to have a few of them visit before Christmas.
Other than that, it's follow up, follow up, follow up and VFD VFD VFD.
