As the weekend is about to start, Jeff Checko of The Ashton Real estate Group of RE/MAX Elite, sent me an update of his week and how things are going for his real estate business as part of the team.

Since Jeff joined the team he has taken on board the opportunities presented by being part of the team in terms of maximising the exposure of his listings and also creating a pipeline of home buyers that the website has generated.

"Working hard to catch up on all the TAREG Virtual Floor Duty leads.  I spoke at length to a $3,000,000 Canadian home buyer today who I've been in contact with for 5 the past months.  They could be moving to Nashville at anytime.  

I wrote a $305k contract for a home in Franklin this week, and a $165k deal in Davidson County.  

I'll be showing homes on Sunday between $600k-$900K in Franklin and the West End area of Nashville;  potentially showing a $3M piece of land on Old Hickory lake Sunday morning.  

Still working on a few commercial transaction, but great things take time.  Feed the pipeline, it will pay off folks."
