Contract on a new listing this week for over $700k, new contract for $175k today, showings at $800k tomorrow w a lunch at the Governor's Club, closing today at $175k, closing early next week for $130k, and expecting a cash buyer from N. Carolina at the beginning of the week. In his words "I'm coming to town to buy". I like the sound of that.

Also, expecting an out of state buyer to make their way here within 2 weeks that's looking between $2-$5mil. All this, and my wife could go into labor at any moment with our second child. Two things I ask- not when I'm showing homes, and not when the Patriots are winning the Super Bowl!
