Checko is writing and offer for $330k on the lake this weekend as well as expecting an offer on a condo listed in Bellevue.
He is preparing to make an
offer on a short sale for a buyer at $439k in Nashville Willamson in addition to working on a $1M commercial deal.
Jeff also has 2 buyers coming in from out of state looking at $1M plus homes :) Virtual Floor Duty is proving to be very beneficial for Jeff!
