Busy week of contacting clients and following up on inquiries and emails.
Showed homes this week in the $200-$600k residential range. Showed commercial buildings at $800k yesterday.
Picked up a $750k listing in 37205 zip with a prominent entertainer today.
Just closed a construction project with Dream Builder Custom Homes today.
New listing at $214k in Murfreesboro this week, and had some showings on a $575k listing in Lebanon.
Combing the underworld of estate living for a couple of multi million $ buyers.
Thanks to the TAREG team, and especially Andy Brown and LeAnne Constantine for their help and access to their book of contacts.
With continued persistence, and just a dash of luck, 2012 will be the BEST year I've ever had in Real estate.
