Jason had a closing on Friday on one of the best renovated 1930's homes he has seen in East Nashville for $315k.  

He showed homes every day last week, and two of his buyers were new clients, one in the $200k range and the other in the $350k range in Bellevue and West Meade.  

Also, he represented the Nashville Police Department in their annual soccer tournament through the El Protector community outreach program.

This week, he'll be continuing to work with the two new Bellevue clients, as well as a few first time home buyers in Mount Juliet and Hermitage as well as the Nashville neighborhood of Donelson
