Jason Kaczmarski spent his week smoothing through inspection details on a great property in East Nashville. It's under contract for around $315,000.  Should be full steam ahead now towards a mid October closing date.  

He has an upcoming closing on a spectacular house, just to the north-east of Nashville, in Gallatin priced in the $330,000 range. This price range seems to be very popular at the moment and is a great point to be selling in.  

He is also working with a first time home buyer in the Mount Juliet/Hermitage area looking at homes around the $125,000 price range and he has a handful of East Nashville clients in various price ranges.

As you can see Jason has had his handsful with contracts and working with potential buyers all helping to keep his real estate career continuing to be a very successful one with The Ashton Real Estate Group of RE/MAX Elite. 

Next week, he's taking some continuing education classes, drinking lots of coffee, and meeting new potential homeowners and sellers in the Nashville area.
