Again great month for Jason as he continues to work with home buyers from around the county who are managing to take advantage of these once again historically low interest rates. 

The poor figures for unemployment may not ne helping the consumer confidence levels but the low interest rates for mortgages have really helped to convince some of the first time home buyers that now is a great time to move from renting to actually buying a home. These buyers are also finding that Nashville is representing a great opportunity to take advantage of the buyers market and get a foot on the real estate investment ladder.
