Jarrod had a busy week of showing property and hopefully writing offers in the non-too distant future! 

He showed investment property to a referral client in Cottontown; log homes to two different TAREG clients in Hendersonville, Adams, and Bethpage; and a condo in Nashville to another referral. 

He also wrote an offer on a newly renovated home in S. Nashville with a TAREG client that unfortunately didn’t get accepted. 

Jarrod has also been busy with new listings as his listings in Cottontown and Portland just went on the market this week and have already had showings! 

Jarrod is also prepping for a few other listings that will be coming on in the next few weeks; a condo in Antioch, a lake view home in Hendersonville and a short sale in Madison. 

Thursday he had a home inspection on his contract in Charlotte that passed with flying colors!  Another great home inspection by Rick Moewe with Comprehensive Home Inspections. 

Today he'll be taking on the role as Pizza Delivery Guy as he deliver pizza’s to the TAREG team who generously sponsored his daughters Cheerleading team.
