Jarrod had yet another busy real estate week selling homes in Nashville.
He had a closing in Nashville with clients he met well over 6 years ago which shows that being professional, persistent and dedicated pays off in the long run.
Many of todays real estate clients are in situations that leads them to looking for a long time until their current house sells or they get the job promotion which allows them to move. Just making one call when you first meet a buyer is obviously not enough. You need to stay in touch with your buyers and stay around for the long haul.
Jarrod also just had another HUD home accepted on a home in White House this week and is showing homes to two different clients in Franklin this weekend.
So, even though we are moving into the seasonal real estate slow down, which are the months of November, December and January, you can see that Jarrod and the rest of The Ashton Real Estate Group are staying busy!!
