Jarrod had another busy week in real estate.

He had a closing today on a Bank of America Short Sale Listing in Mt. Juliet and is in the process of finalizing a foreclosure contract with a first time buyer in Charlotte, TN.

Jarrod also has been busy with new listings. 4723 Hwy. 76 in Cottontown will be coming on the market Monday and 321 Running Meadows in Portland will be available to see on Tuesday.

Jarrod's sellers realize the advantage of listing with a full service real estate team that generates 40-100 registrations a day for people interested in Nashville Real estate. Here is a quick video showing the benefits of Selling Your Nashville Home with The Ashton Real Estate Group of RE/MAX Elite.

He also found time to take part in the TAREG paint ball extravaganza graciously put on by Tennessee Title Services, Raymond Preston & Reed, and Brand Mortgage.
