James Gafney of The Ashton Real Estate Group of # REMAX Elite, the #1 #RealEstate team in #Nashville and #Tennessee, the official real estate team of the Tennessee #Titans and exclusively endorsed by Barbara Corcoran, teamed up with another TAREG agent to help out of town buyers looking in middle TN for their new home!
James Gafney, had a busy week this week and teamed up with Jill Elkins to help a family from Denver, CO see some homes this week all throughout middle Tennessee! From Clarksville, to Lebanon, to Columbia, Jill Elkins and James Gafney did what they needed to do to support the client on their home-finding mission.
Why does he tell you that story? Because it is the true nature of The Ashton Real Estate Group of RE/MAX Elite to support one another to ensure the client is satisfied and their goals are met!
“Working with people that travel across the country to see homes can be challenging. We regularly work as a team to show homes around middle Tennessee because the distance between homes can be great, and we want to make sure that these clients are taken care of when they visit.”
James Gafney was also busy with another out of town client from Connecticut. “I’ve been working with Gary, a disabled veteran, for about 3 months. I’ve been sending him videos and connecting with him via the Internet to find just the right home for him when he gets down here. This week, we wrote a contract, sight unseen! I can’t appreciate his trust enough. It makes me feel good and lets me know I’m doing the right thing.”
James Gafney also had a closing this week with a family located in California! “This buy was unique. The family came out for one weekend, looked at 20 homes, and made an offer. Everything else was done by email.” Once again, James Gafney put his Military Relocation Professional Certification to use. With the help of Luther Ramsey and his staff from Tennessee Title in Clarksville, TN and Armando SanMiguel and his staff from Ameris Bank, we all made it happen and the client was extremely happy!
“All in a weeks work!”
