The Iroquois Steeplechase is coming to Percy Warner Park on May 11th, which is one of the most interesting annual events in Nashville. It features some of the best jockeys and horses in the circuit with seven different races throughout the day. This event will also bring out the biggest and best hats you will find.

This year marks the 72nd running of the Steeplechase and will provide plenty of fun. This is a sporting and social event used to raise funds to support the Monroe Carell Jr. Children's Hospital. Start your experience with tailgating before the event with plenty of people, food and fun. Tailgating space must be purchased ahead of time, along with tickets and guest armbands.

If you're searching for the VIP experience, the Hunt Club is the perfect choice. This is a private tent with gourmet lunch, live music and private beverage service. The exclusivity of this tent will make you feel like a VIP. It's found in the Hospitality Village next to the box seats and provides many upgrades for those looking for the luxurious experience. Enjoy the Jumbotrons, private tables and more for $200 per adult and $100 for children 12 and under.

The Iroquois Steeplechase will draw around 25,000 people for the race and many will enjoy the other events before and after the races. Whether you just want to come for the race or you want the full experience, there's something for everybody.

Box seats for the event range from $845 for an 8-person box to $1,075 for a 12-person box. Box seat holders can upgrade their package to include many other amenities including:

  • The Iroquois Society - Provides valet parking, access to the Iroquois Society Tent, Private washroom access and more.
  • The Paddock Club - provides access to special tent with food and beverage
  • The Turf Club - provides box lunches and beverages

General admission tickets are $15 each with children age 12 and under free. Tickets can be purchased online or at the gate on Race Day. The hillside for general admission opens at 8am on Race Day and shuttle service will be provided throughout the day. Concessions will be available.
