Germantown Real Estate While home prices in Sylvan Park are on the rise, it’s certainly not the only neighborhood in Nashville that’s seeing some jaw-dropping price tags make headlines. According to recent reports, a home in Nashville’s fabulous Germantown community has just recently sold for over $400 a square foot—a new record for this part of the city.

The home—a three-bedroom, 3.5 bathroom stunner with 2,152 square feet of living space—apparently closed at $867,600, which comes out to just over $403 per foot. As part of the amazing Luxus Germantown development, which features just six ultra-luxurious residences at the corner of Monre and Fifth Avenue North, there’s no doubt the property is easily one of the Germantown’s most stunning residences; but as demand for the neighborhood continues to elevate, it certainly won’t be the last address in the area that trades for over $400 a square foot.

Outside of just a few Nashville neighborhoods, Germantown continues to be one of the more sought after locations in the eyes of today's home buyers, especially those in search of something that falls in the luxury category. But with Germantown home prices continuing to elevate, buying sooner rather than later might be in your best interest.
