The fall is full of great festivals and events all throughout the state of Tennessee. Some are annual events, while others are first-time festivals ready to become mainstays on the schedule. Here are some of the top choices.
2nd Annual Artisan Craft Fair
On October 5th, you can enjoy all the best crafts from local artists at the Hermitage Presbyterian Church in Nashville. This event features food, fun, children's activities, indoor and outdoor booths, a silent auction and more. Music & Molasses Arts & Crafts Festival
Held on October 19th and 20th, this event features four acres of fun. The sorghum mill will provide tastings and the event will include fun for the entire family. Music shows, apple butter cooking, square dancing and plenty of great food will be a part of this event. Two stages will feature music, while garden exhibits, pioneer log cabins and quilt displays will also be found here. If you enjoy pottery and glass blowing, this will also be a part of the event.
Mid-South Barbecue Festival
This Mount Pleasant event will be held on October 19th and it's one of the better choices in the fall festival series. You can enjoy activities for the entire family including live entertainment, kids costume contests, food, scarecrow competition, a BBQ cook-off and more.
