2014 is off to a great start for Nashville real estate! It's still January and Erin Taylor of The Ashton Real Estate Group of RE/MAX Elite has 4 closings schedule with our partners at Tennessee Title within the next 4 weeks.
Erin's first closing is for a couple that relocated to Nashville from Kentucky and built a new construction home in the Bellevue area. The other couple bought a Lake front home on Old Hickory Lake in Gallatin, TN. Old Hickory Lake is one our most popular residential lakes in the Nashville area and attracts many boating enthusiast. Erin's third closing is for a first time home buyer who bought a wonderful town home in a beautiful golf course community here in Nashville,TN. Her fourth closing is for a couple moving here from Seattle,WA. who decided to settle in Spring Hill, TN. The husband is in the music industry so naturally they picked the music city to relocate too!
Erin was also busy with five showings this week. She is helping a couple that relocated here from Chicago buy a condo in the up and coming area of Germantown. Germantown boost one of the top rated restaurants in the country "Rolf & Daughters" and it is also the future site for the Nashville Sounds new Baseball Park. Erin is also working with a couple who currently lives in Nashville but has a growing family so they desire more space. They are taking the steps to list their home in the Belle Meade area and are are looking for a bigger home hopefully close by. Erin was busy showing a couple of property's in Gallatin on some acreage to a couple that currently lives in Hermitage, TN. They want to give up their suburban living for rolling hills and a peaceful setting.
Lastly, Erin showed two foreclosure properties to two different clients that are new to the world of investment properties. One would like to renovate and sell and the other one is interested in renovating a home and turning it into a rental property.
This weekend is scheduled to be just as busy. On Saturday Erin already has her day filled showing several homes in Nashville to a couple that wants to stay in the Percy Priest School zone for their child. On Sunday Erin is meeting with a couple in her office to go over the home buying process so they have a better understanding of the steps they need to take to buy their FIRST home.
Looks like Erin will have to wait for February to catch up on some needed sleep! Looks like its going to be a great year in real estate for Erin and TAREG!
