Eric Krodel of The Ashton Real Estate Group of ‪#‎REMAX Elite, the #1‪#‎RealEstate team in ‪#‎Nashville and ‪#‎Tennessee has had a busy week helping clients meet their home buying and selling goals!

This past weekend he looked at 15 homes with a couple moving up from South Florida.  They have to be in their new home by mid-December and are deciding between quaint/hip East Nashville and more economical suburban.  That’s apples and oranges.  To help them make the best decision, he distills a lot of moving parts down into the most relevant factors regarding why these different homes are priced they way they are, which ones are reasonable, which aren’t and which ones show the most opportunity for a bargain.  He sums this powerful data up into a single table of crystal clear, refined information.  “We realtors deal with a lot of data.  Knowing how to turn bunches of data into intelligible information makes all the difference,” for my clients.

Saturday night he met with a couple in Hermitage ready to downsize.  He won their business to sell their home by demonstrating his detailed and thoughtful home pricing methods.  They were impressed with the level of detail he uses to justify the tight range of prices he suggests.  On this subject, his mantra is best summed up by, “I treat my clients’ home pricing analysis as if they’re about to sell their largest asset – which in many cases, it is.”  Though Eric isn’t an appraiser, he uses many of their techniques to arrive at a tight price range for his clients to consider.

By the way, that couple is also asking him to represent them in buying their next house.

And just today, he’s representing a first-time home buying couple as they place a contract on a house.  They have been nervous and taken quite a while to find just the right home.  The husband, who had previously said that, “you must be growing tired of us” texted Eric last night, saying, “Thank you Eric for your time, effort and kindness.”
